TUITION POLICY
1.  The monthly tuition is due on the first of the month. Payments received after the tenth will be billed a $15.00 late fee.

2.  If you are an enrolled student and pay a monthly tuition rate, you may not use the single class rate.

3.  Classes are not transferable.

4.  When students must miss their regular scheduled class, another class may be substituted. The student may not use their regular class as a make-up class.

5.  No student will be allowed to use more than four (4) make-ups in any given month in place of paying tuition. Students must pay their regular month's tuition and use a class other than their regular class time for any and all make-up classes.

6.  Students will NOT be allowed to use missed classes from a previous month as part of a credit towards tuition for any and all make-up classes.

7.  Students have 60 days to make-up any absence as long as they are currently enrolled in the class.

8.  No student will be allowed to take classes unless the previous month's tuition has been paid. Example: You may not take classes in May if April's tuition has not been paid.

9.  Our tuition is meant to hold your place in class for four (4) weeks per month. Four times per year, you receive a fifth lesson week in a month which off-sets those rare months when one week's class is cancelled due to an observed holiday or Studio Performance (December and June).

10.  Tuition is not prorated during any month.

11.  All families will be charged a $25.00 registration (or re-registration after September) fee once a year when registering for fall classes in August or September.

12.  Please notify the studio if your student is no longer going to be attending classes. Please fill out the paperwork at the front desk.

14.  All tuition must be current to participate in studio events and performances.
